The expertise of staff members ranges across the technical, economic, statistical, policy and social science disciplines.

Enova`s role is to work on a strategic level. Operational capacity associated with the handling and evaluation of applications, programme administration and coordination and other activities of this nature is sub-contracted based on competitive tenders.
